Cooking with Paul “Vodka and Mushrooms”

April 12, 2019
7 pm
Tartu College, 310 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M5S 1W4

Friday, April 12 at 7pm, an interactive workshop Cooking with Paul: Vodka and Mushrooms will take place.

Estonia has a long history of producing and enjoying vodka. The first announcement of vodka production on Estonian soil is from as early as 1485. We have various traditions for ways to drink vodka. Sada ja seened (100 with mushrooms) refers to the tradition of having a bite of salted mushrooms or mushroom salad with 100g of vodka. At this event led by chef Paul Lillakas and vodka specialist Wes Galloway, we will have a chance to taste different vodkas and learn how to make tasty bites to go along with the vodka.

After 9pm, there will be an open cash bar and dancing until midnight. Admission after 9pm is free, so invite your friends!
