Scott Diel’s lecture “Post Independence Role for Väliseestlased”

On Wednesday, April 29th 7 pm at Tartu College Scott Diel is going to give a lecture on the topic Post Independence Role for Väliseestlased (Estonians of the diaspora).

Scott Diel is a freelance American journalist and writer, who has lived in Estonia for a while now. There are talks, that he might be hiding behind the name Vello Vikerkaar, a person who publishes witty and sharp articles in Estonian media.
