Estonian Music Week presents the Nordic Connect Conference: a series of events throughout our 2023 Festival designed to connect music industry professionals in Canada with Estonia and neighbouring countries.

MAY 24, 6 PM – Networking Dinner and Market Presentation

Folklorists and early music experts Mari Kalkun and Triskele give you a crash course on the origins of `Estonias current folk craze while you enjoy some traditional cuisine. Music Estonia will give a market presentation that provides an overview of Estonia’s music scene. It’s also your chance to meet key players from the Nordics and Baltics from a cross section of the industry (from Festivals, to talent managers to Ministry of Culture Reps).
