From VEMU Archives: “Greek cooking”

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic is it not possible to organise events at Tartu College. Instead, VEMU opens up its archives for you to watch different lectures and workshops at home.

Check out this workshop from April 2016 where Estonian chef Susi Holmberg and Master’s Buffeteria Vatikiotis family (Mary and Nicki Vatikiotis) show how to cook some Greek and Estonian dishes.
