EMW Livesteam Concert with Erik Laar

The party is just getting started as Estonian Music Week’s Live-stream Series in celebration of Tartu College 50 picks up again on October 24. Erik Laar, experimental multi genre producer, turntablist, vocalist, and instrumentalist, will take to our Facebook page at 8pm. One half of the widely acclaimed Toronto turntable band iNSiDEaMiND, Laar is also owner, director, and instructor at Off Centre DJ School. Over the years Laar’s devotion to the arts has garnered worldwide attention with invitations to unique shows such as the Nuit Blanche Festival, scoring films live at the Toronto’s TIFF Lightbox, and flying back and forth doing performances in the UK and California. His DJ school mixes the principles, foundations, and theories that are essential in understanding music, with self expression and fun as the key ingredients.

Push that coffee table aside and roll up that rug – you’ll definitely want to make some room to bust a move!
